Learn and Grow
Learning Huddles are individual and small group coaching sessions to support, inspire, and empower people as learners and leaders.The sessions are designed to meet the individual or group's identified learning targets. Learning Huddles can be single coaching sessions or can be ongoing for a designated period of time. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
PRESENTATION HUDDLES
Inspire and Empower
Presentation Huddles are coaching sessions focused on supporting the design and delivery of motivational presentations. Presentation support includes, and is not limited to: speaking engagements, meeting agendas, professional development workshops, visual and/or audio presentations. PLH can support the planning process for the presentation or can complete the actual design and delivery of the presentation. Presentation Huddles can be single or multiple sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
BOOK HUDDLE
Read and Reflect
Book Huddles provide facilitation for individuals and small groups as they read books, articles, or other forms of professional literature. The goal of facilitation is to help the learners read, reflect, and discuss the material with intention. Book Huddles can be single or multiple sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
STRATEGIC PLANNING HUDDLE
Plan and Innovate
Strategic Planning Huddles provide support and guidance for individual and team projects. The goal of a Strategic Planning Huddle is to ensure there is direction, alignment, and commitment for the project. Strategic Planning Huddles can be single or multiple sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
